Not the other way around.
DeskMaiT resolves IT problems before anyone notices. No more waiting for tickets. No more waking up engineers at 2am. Just systems that work.
For decades, the model has been the same: wait for something to break, then scramble to fix it. It wastes talent. It burns money. It frustrates everyone.
Your best engineers spend their nights resetting passwords and restarting print spoolers. Work that a machine could do in seconds.
Labor costs rise. Ticket volume stays the same. Every L1 issue eats directly into your profitability - and it never stops.
Something breaks. User notices. User complains. Ticket created. Tech assigned. Hours pass. The problem existed long before anyone acted.
What if you could resolve the issue before the ticket ever existed?
DeskMaiT watches your endpoints. It detects issues the moment they emerge. And it fixes them - before any user notices, before any ticket is created.
AI monitors endpoints for early warning signs
Automated remediation fixes the issue instantly
Full transparency - every action logged and explained
Your techs wake up to a clean board.
Stop letting L1 noise eat your margin. Let DeskMaiT handle the repetitive fixes so your team can focus on projects that actually grow the business.
Add AI-powered remediation to your portfolio. Bring your MSP clients a solution that actually moves the needle - and build recurring revenue doing it.
Your employees call IT less. Your IT team does more. Everyone's happier. Technology that works the way it was always supposed to.
We have spent years in the trenches - building IT operations, leading teams, and watching talented people waste time on problems machines should solve. DeskMaiT is the tool we wish we had.
Francisco's journey into technology began in the mission field at 18, traveling across more than 60 cities in Mexico and Central America to help communities, churches, and organizations use technology to connect, communicate, and create. His work began in graphic design, media, and music production, then expanded into networking, infrastructure, and building systems that brought people together.
He later moved into hands-on network infrastructure, working with cabling and fiber optics before being recruited into the MSP world. From there, he rose through technical and leadership roles — from technician to IT Manager to IT Director — supporting thousands of end users, helping build managed services practices, automating internal IT environments, and leading operational transitions that made support faster, smarter, and more effective.
Through that path, Francisco saw the same truth from every angle: when technology is reactive, fragmented, and frustrating, it costs people more than time and money. It costs confidence, opportunity, momentum, and connection.
That conviction became part of the foundation of DeskMaiT. The idea began in August 2018 with co-founder Chris Armstrong and officially kicked off in 2026.
Together, they are building DeskMaiT around a simple belief: technology should help people do more, move faster, and work with less friction.
Today, Francisco is focused on building practical, human-centered AI and operational support that helps MSPs, IT teams, businesses, and the people behind them work with more clarity, speed, and confidence.
Technology should serve humanity. DeskMaiT exists to make that real.
Chris Armstrong's journey began as an old-school hacker who taught himself to code so he could play video games.
Family and Friends are the key inspiration behind much of what he does. And that same drive led him to serve seven years as a U.S. Marine communications officer, where he designed and operated secure networks in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, taught ethical hacking, and learned leadership under pressure.
After leaving the Marines, he earned dual master's degrees in Data Science and Business Analytics from UC San Diego while working at a small MSP. Most recently, he architected a company-wide Data Lakehouse and built an AI assistant with RAG capabilities and agentic actions.
Across every environment — from warzone networks to modern AI systems — Chris has seen the same truth: technology is most powerful when it's proactive, integrated, and truly accessible. This conviction is the foundation of DeskMaiT.
Co-founding the company with Francisco Lopez in 2026, Chris is now focused on making advanced AI and automation practical for MSPs and IT teams — resolving problems before they're noticed and giving people the ability to do what was previously impossible.
Technology enables people to achieve more.
DeskMaiT is forming its first pilot group. Limited spots. If you're an MSP tired of watching your margin get eaten by L1 noise - or an investor who sees where this is going - we want to talk.
